Contract Manager

Medium sized building contractors looking to recruit a Contract Manager to be based in Dartford, Kent.

Applicants will need to have a proven track record in new builds, refurbishment, and working with local authorities.  Experience of managing contracts ranging from £250k - £2+m, and negotiating with clients, architects and consultants is a pre-requisite.  They must be confident and able to communicate well at all levels, and be experienced in running multiple contracts.

Formal qualifications are strongly preferred, and applicants must be computer literate particularly in MS Office and data management systems.

Knowledge and experience of most major forms of contract, particularly JCT and GC/WKS forms and subcontracts.
