Job Details for: Customer Service Advisor (Kent)
BBA are a fast growing (40% a year for the last 11 years) automotive remanufacturing company. We have facilities in the UK, USA, France, Germany, Italy and India. We need new staff to be able to proactively help to drive the company forward.
In order to maintain our high level of growth, we require a Customer Service Advisor to work in a fast paced environment. You must be able to demonstrate experience of customer service. You will complement our team by thinking on your feet and doing what it takes to get the job done. Excellent computer skills are essential.
Key tasks include:
- Explaining our repair procedure & other options available to customers
- Invoicing for jobs and giving updates on customer items
- Liaising with the workshop for progress on repairs and stock availability
- Troubleshooting
- Meeting targets and promoting first class customer service
Previous experience of working in the automotive industry or a passion for cars would be hugely advantageous.
