We are working with a leading manufacturing business that have a global presence. Due to recent growth in international trade, they are looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team and develop into an Export Sales Administrator.
*Processing orders from start to finish – obtaining freight quotes, completing dangerous goods paperwork, and invoicing.
*Monitoring export shipments in transit and keeping relevant persons updated.
*Communicating with trade customers and individual consumers.
*Provide administrative support to the sales team and office management.
*Experience in a similar sales administration role required.
*Understanding of export freight and incoterms would be very beneficial.
*Clear spoken and written English language.
*Good eye for detail to ensure accuracy of work.
*Able to work well with a team and be willing to help others when required.
*Proficient with Microsoft Office software.
*Dangerous goods awareness training is recommended but not essential.
*Own transport – Due to rural location
