The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, enjoy adapting to changing priorities, remain calm under pressure and work effectively in a busy team. They will also demonstrate a good attention to detail and a consistent desire to see patients well cared for.
We are currently introducing a brand-new specialised system at the surgery called Footfall. This is a digital communication platform for patients to contact the practice and aims to reduce calls into the surgery, enabling us to communicate with patients in a more efficient way.
The work is covered on a weekly rota basis, between the hours of 8:00am and 6.30pm Monday – Friday. Each Receptionist is required to work either from 8am or until 6.30pm dependent on their contracted daily shift pattern. We also have early shifts from 7.15am and two late shifts till 8pm per week which the successful candidate will be required to work on a rota basis.
