My client a leading, modern restaurant is looking to recruit a talented Head Chef to run their busy Kitchen.
The Head Chef should:
Be standards-driven and focused on seamless, quality service
Plan and manage the brigade staffing for seasonal changes
Lead, inspire, train and develop the brigade of talented Chefs
Monitor food safety, Health and Safety, and Fire Safety
Maintain and enhance the GP targets
Be commercially aware
This role will suit an ambitious, Head Chef who is flexible, dedicated and keen to join a highly successful, dining operation.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a sous chef or higher role
Have worked in a fast-paced or Italian dining environment and hold a Level 3 food hygiene certificate.
Experience in menu development, food costing, and budget control is also preferred, along with the ability to build effective and constructive relationships.
Working 45 hours a week over five days which includes mornings, evenings, weekends and bank
holidays. A reliable form of transport would be advantageous due to our remote location. All
