Accounts Assistant

My client is seeking a professional Spanish speaking Accounts Assistant to assist with the support of all financial administrative duties. This will be an ongoing temporary position and for the right candidate may become permanent.

This is a great opportunity for someone to work alongside a friendly, hard-working team and become a valued member of staff.

You will be required to cover Accounts receivable, Accounts Payable and Expense administration as well as Credit Control.

The role:

– Process high volumes of invoices, cross-checking for errors and claiming credits
– Bank Reconciliations
– General administration
– Ensuring any disputes are resolved in a timely manner
– Credit Control duties
– Account payable/ receivable

The Accounts Assistant will also be required to demonstrate the following abilities:

– Good knowledge or MS packages including Word and Excel
– Strong attention to detail
– A can-do attitude
– Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise own workloads
– A Strong team player

Our client is currently seeking to recruit a Furnace Operator / Heat Treatment Operative to join their well-established team based near Cranbrook, Kent.

This is a full time, permanent position in a growing company, where the successful applicant can expect career growth and development throughout their employment.

As the Furnace Operator you can expect to be responsible for the following duties:
– Operating all furnaces
– Ensuring all furnace procedures are followed correctly
– Managing own workload
– Logging and reporting any furnace malfunctions
– Loading and unloading the furnaces
– Using gas-fired and vacuum furnaces
– Working as part of a team

You will also be responsible for managing 8 heat treatment furnaces and 2 furnace loading operators.

*Dealing with breakdowns – fault finding both electrical and mechanical issues.
*Routine, regular preventative maintenance (oil changes/water dosing/filters etc.)
*Maintaining/repairing machinery on site including deep drawing presses/hydrogen atmosphere retort furnaces/vacuum furnaces.

*Some experience with vacuum/electric powered furnaces in a production environment.

*Experience of pumps/motors/compressors.

The role of Sheet Metal Worker will involve bending, forming, finishing and fabricating metal in accordance with customer orders, some spot welding to create bespoke products and ensuring parts that are produced reflect the order and are created to a high standard.

The successful candidate must have a good understanding of pattern development and should be capable of hand finishing to a high standard. Forming, bending and rolling in various gauges ranging from 0.35mm to 5mm. A working knowledge of fine limit sheet metal and be experienced in sheet metal processes including fabrication and sheet metal assemblies combining fabricated and machined components. Be competent at general sheet metal duties including deburring, drilling and spot welding. TIG welding experience would also be beneficial . Ideally someone who has programmed, set and operated some of the following machines:

*LVD CNC Pressbrake
*LVD Laser
*CNC Punch Press
*Power Guillotines

MS Dynamics / AX Developer Responsibilities: –

*Development of software using Microsoft Dynamics AX (X++). Experience in OOP is required (C++, C#, Java, net …)
*Acting as a technical reference for the Group IT Manager and specialists in the Business
*Interpretation of the needs of the Business and translation into workable solutions
*Delivery of high-quality development work with a view to continuous improvement where necessary
*Team working across various IT/Tech disciplines to maximise productivity (incl. holiday cover) and solutions to internal customers
*Supporting the Group IT Manager on project work as and when needed
*Working with our outsourced solutions provider to maintain Dynamics and manage our outsourced user base

Skills
