Insurance Account Manager currently required to join a leading group in Maidstone.

The Insurance Account Manager will be responsible for:
– Responding to inbound customer telephone calls and online chats
– Following up with customers and carrying out courtesy calls
– Managing and responding to email enquiries in a professional manner
– Dealing with any customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
– Keeping an up to date knowledge of company products
The ideal person for this role will have prior experience in the Insurance sector and will be comfortable working within a fast-paced environment. They will also be highly organised and will have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Qualified or working towards CII and prepared to work towards a diploma (funded)
– Use of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook
– Knowledge of industry regulations
