Third-Party Claims Handlers required for this leading Motor Claims Insurer based in Sevenoaks.

A number of vacancies available on both their Personal Injury and Property Damage teams.

Role and Responsibilities:

– Manage a portfolio of claims, encompassing personal injury, third party property damage, credit hire and accident damage from infancy through to settlement
– Identify potential fraudulent claims
– Use all sources at your disposal to investigate each claim fully
– Assess liability
– Make internal referrals where applicable
– Accurately document all information regarding the claim

The ideal candidate will meet all or a majority of the following criteria:

– Third-party claims experience
– Personal Injury or Property Damage experience
– Strong customer service skills
– Persuasive, strong and confident communicator
– PC literate with excellent administration and processing skills

Salary on offer is dependent on experience and will be offered accordingly.

Third Party Personal Injury Claims Negotiator – £21,000pa – £27,000pa

Third Party Property Damage Claims Negotiator – £20,000pa – £23,000pa

Benefits of the role include: Pension, Holiday (20 days minimum), 10% bonus (DOE and applicable after completion of probation), Option to buy or sell up to 3 days holiday.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm.
